How hosting works
Listing is free and takes about fifteen minutes.
- Publish your space with photos, features, hourly rate and available hours.
- Connect payouts through Stripe so bookings settle to your bank account.
- Approve or decline every request — you are never forced to accept a booking.
- Offer add-on services (engineer, gear, cleaning) and discounts for longer bookings.
- Setspce takes a 5% host fee on completed bookings; there is no listing or subscription fee.
Which spaces work here
Photo and video sets, daylight studios, music and rehearsal studios, podcast rooms, DJ and performance spaces, art studios and dance studios. If a creative would book it by the hour, it belongs on Setspce.
Who you are renting to
Guests complete ID verification before they can request a booking, you see who is coming, and the exact address is only released once you accept.

What does it cost to list my studio?
Nothing. Listing is free and there is no subscription. Setspce takes a 5% host fee from completed bookings.
Who sets the hourly price?
You do. You set your rate when you list and can change it at any time, plus optional discounts for longer bookings.
Do I have to accept every booking request?
No. Every request is yours to approve or decline, and you set your own available hours and minimum booking length.
When do I get paid?
Payouts run through Stripe Connect after a booking is completed and usually reach your bank within a few business days.
